PPT to the web help-Sonia?

Hello All and Sonia: Details of problem are that I have tried several ways
to get my wife's powerpoint presentation on to her web site. I have followed
the instructions on several web sites and postings here. Also have tried
PresentationproConverter program. All end up basically with the same
problems. The page is located at http://www.pnwrewards.com/powerpoint.htm
and the problems are as follows:

1. Doesn't start automatically. Have to click for each line of text or slide
change. Works fine as presentation and in preview.
2. No sound at all but does in presentation and when previewed.
3. Text on some slides shifted to the right.
4. At times, like right now, will not load completely, or will freeze some
computers (my wife's - Ouch!!)

Any help appreciated, need to get this up for her for a medical convention
next week.

I tried it here - all the stuff around the edges of the page loaded and
displayed but I got a progress bar indicating that some of the page was
still downloading. Gave up waiting after three minutes or so on a
reasonably fast DSL connnection.

If your PPT presentation has to sit in the middle of all that other stuff,
that might be part of the problem right there. Try posting it on a site
where it can be displayed as-is, no extra frames and junk around it.

I had the same experience as Steve but my timeout was alot shorter. I
lasted all of about 1 minute.

Thanks Gus, will let you know, some of the other helpful posts suggest
putting presentation on blank page,(without all the extras) and see what
happens. I am going to try that. It does work fine on my computer, using
Office XP, winxp with sp1a..

Hi Steve: What I will do is take the page it is on and remove all the
"stuff" later this evening and then see what happens. If you get a chance,
see what happens at your end.

I just tried again (9:50 EDT) and all the other goodies are still there.
Y'know, I suspect a 3 minute presentation that takes 30 minutes to download
isn't going to get much attention. ;-)

A minute or two and most people are gone, outa there.
