PPT v.X unexpectedly quits at startup

I can't get PPT to work. It unexpectedly quits at startup.
I can't create a new presenation neither oben a existing one.
I have all Office v.X updates installed as well for OS X.
PPT worked when it has been newly installed without having any documents
copied in my home folder. After I have copied all my work files, PPT didn't
start anymore.
I would be very thankful if somebody could give a hand on solving this
problem.
