PPT viewer question

Hi,

I am using the PPT viewer 2003 and would like the presentations be showed on
the secondary monitor (or a projector). How can that be done? The reason is
that I start the viewer within a VB6 application. But then it starts on the
primary monitor. In the VB app I move the ppt-window by using a few API
calls to the secondary screen. That works well as long as both screens have
the same dimensions (e.g. 1024*768). When I use the same application on a
brandnew notebook with a widescreen (1200*800), the image on the secondary
monitor (still 1024*768) is to large to fit completely.
I searched on the internet, but nobody seems to know how to force the PPT
viewer to start showing directly on the secondary screen.
The presentations ar mostly made with PPT 2000, and some with 2003. In the
2003 version it is possible to save the slideshow setting for displaying on
the second monitor, PPT 2000 does not save that. But I have seen
applications doing just what I want, using the PPT viewer 2003 on a machine
PPT wasn't installed on. (that was EasyWorship, used mainly in churches
etc.).
Si, anabody out ther who can give me a hint, or even more ?

Regards,
Jacob
