PPT2003 - why did subordinate shape changed to a smaller size?

In creating an Organizational chart, the subordinates were the same shape as
the manager shape and then, for no apparent reason, when I create a
subordinate the shape is smaller, a third of the manager shape in size. Why
is this happening and how do I correct it?

I'm not sure what's happened, but try selecting the Org Chart and choosing
Layout/Autolayout from the Org Chart toolbar.

The reason maybe because you have accidentally resized the shape or
something. First, try to delete and insert a new shape. If the shape is still
smaller in size, resize it yourself. If it doesn't allow you to, right click
