pptx files are opening as zip files when accessed via the web

I have tried on multiple versions of IE also tried vista and XP with both
office 2003 with compatibility pack and office 2007.
Some of the machines with office 2007 open them some with 2003 but the same
goes for the non working ones.
I have tried IE 6 7 8 and there has been nothing i have found that all
machines have commonly.
I did a fresh install installed office 2007 and McAfee and did all updates
for office and windows and that machine also could not open the files

Has anyone had this problem and solved it ?

Oh i also checked file type setting for PowerPoint 2007 on a correctly
working machine and a non working machine and all setting are the same
working or not.

I think the issue is local since some machines will work and others won't. i
have tried multiple sites and my companies web server has had the mimes
updated at this point and the files still only work on certain machines.

Thank you both it took that being posted twice for me to see that the option
at the end of the page it what i was looking for i will edit setting and
check it out
