pr011.msi missing

When I try to install Office2003 SP2, it shows the error message:
"D:/MSOcache/All Users/9000XXXXXXXXX-6000-11D3-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX/PR011.MSI is
missing". How can I resolve this problem? Thanks!

What product is it missing from? The window should say Office Professional,
FrontPage, etc. Ensure you are inserting the correct CD.
