Hello,

Is it possible to create a named prop or properties into the IMessage
whereby Outlook will make sure it will be unique in the Outlook. Something
like PR_ENTRYID.

You can create any property you want for a GUID, but it's up to you to
maintain uniqueness. Outlook won't do it for you.
