got the solution :
Situation :
======
Office 2003 on Windows XP SP1 where a FAX application was removed. (ie
WinfaxPro, DelrinaFax Pro,)
Problem:
======
error in outlook : "An expected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load
the information service DCCMSP.DLL Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured."
Solution:
======
1. remove the service associated with the WFXSVC.EXE file (in directory :
%system32%), use the program DELSRV.EXE
(
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/delsrv-
o.asp) to remove a Service
2. delete the file WFXSVC.EXE
3. Open the file %system32%\MAPISVC.INF, make a backup copy of it
4. Find the sections containing the following files : DCCWFP.DLL, DCCMSP.DLL
(ie sections [WINFAX], [DELFAX], [DCCMSP])
5. Select the sections and all its content and delete it
6. Save and close the file
7. Reboot your system
8. Try Outlook, and other fax applications, if all is ok you can delete the
backup copy
