Pre-defined text format

I know that I case use "<" and ">" to force text to be
display as either uppercase or lowercase. Is there a
similar way to force the first charcater of each word to be
uppercase but the remaining letters to be lowercase? I
know there are ways to do this by creating modules and
such, but I was hoping there was something simple that
could be used in the FORMAT setting.

Using a the afterupdate event of a control in a form or with an update query
you can use the following expression:

StrConv([YourField],3)
