Pre-loading graphics

I am using Rollover buttons on my webpage created in Paint Shop Pro 8. When
viewing my page for the first time, their is a slight pause before the
rollover image is displayed. Of course, this is due to the image having to
be downloaded into the local temp.

My Question:
Is there any way to have certain graphics to download into temp whenever
anyone visits the page. That way whenever they actually rollover the
button, there won't be a pause to download the graphic.
