Pre-populating a product list

I am trying to develop a form that will be used by Sales Engineers to quote a
solution. I want our office manager to be able to update a product list in
the quote form that the Sales Engineers use.
The way I have found to do this is using the Default Values option in design
mode, but this seem like a terrible UI to ask the office manager to use. I
would prefer to create a Products List View in the form and have the Office
Manager able to update the list there and then republish to the SEs, but I
can't find a way to do that.
Any ideas on a simple way to do this (I hear coding solutions coming my way,
so I will point out that I am not a Developer at all).

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

You should be able to set up a simple access database to hold the
product list and use InofPath as an interface to to update it.

Cheers
