pre-printed form needs typed answers w/o changing original

I'm using Office 2003. I have Word, Excel & Powerpoint.I'd like to be able to
scan pre-printed form into my computer. Then be able to keyboard my answers
without changing the original forms' layout, or without forcing forms
questions down onto another un-wanted page. How do I do it?
