Preferences for sending files to email messages in HTML format

Outlook 2007 - In a folder in my documents, I right click on a file and
select "send to" "mail recipient". Outlook opens up a new mail message BUT
it is in a plain text format. Is there any option to make it HTML every time
in preferences? I can't find it. Under Tools/Options/Mail Format/Message
Format, I have HTML selected BUT that is for composing new email messages
only.

No - that option always uses simpleMapi and the options are limited. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2007/20071221.htm for a method that
will use your settings. It's limited to adding 1 attachment - you can drop
additional attachments on the open message if you need to send more than 1.
