Prefill NT Log on ID into field on a form

Please, How do I prefill NT log-on information into a
field on a form?

Not the username but logon ID

If you copy that code into a new module, you can set the field's
ControlSource to =fOSUserName()

"didn't work" isn't much to go on.

What happened when you tried it? Did you get the wrong ID on the form? Did
you get an error message? (If so, what was it?) Did black smoke start
billowing out of your computer?

A few basics. I assume you copied what's between Code Start and Code End
into a new module. I just noticed that the instructions on that page could
be misinterpretted. You cannot name the code module fOSUserName: modules
can't be named the same as the functions (or subs) contained in them. If you
did name the module fOSUserName, rename the module.

If that doesn't solve the problem, did you include the equal sign when you
set the ControlSource for the text box? You need to.
