Prefix "dbo_"

Hi
I'm creating several .mdb apps. Each one is connected to a SQL Server 2000
database by an ODBC Datasource. Everytime that I have to link the tables of
the DB, they appear in Access with the prefix "dbo_". Is there a way to just
link the tables without the prefix?

no. access does this on it's on. i have links to a SQL
server too and it is aggervating. especially when you are
writing code. you can delete the prefix off without effect
but that is the only way i have found to get ride of the
dbo_

FYI,
It also adds prefixes with oracle dbs and AS400 tables.

I found code that may help. It was submitted by Joe Fallon in the Access
Import/Export Data discussion group. Try the next search subject: "Prefix dbo"
Unfortunately my skill don't let me make it work; but it maybe you´ll be able.
