Prefix on phone number disappears

When I'm copying data to my contacts on Microsoft Outlook
2003 from my cell phone SonyEricson T630 via Bluetooth
the prefix + disappears. If I have a contact outside
sweden I need to use country code first and before the
country code I use the prefix + to call abroad. But when
I copy my contacts from the phone the prefix is gone. I
can not correct it on Outlook either. When I try it
doesn't stay. Is there someone that knows what's wrong?
