If you are sure that the registry is messed up, run uninstall on Office
2000. Then download and run eraser2k.exe from the Office support site on
Microsoft. Juts make sure that any of the users documents. macros or
templates have been moved somewhere safe as eraser will zap them all.
Then do a fresh install of Office and test again.
