PrepareMeAddin not working in VB

This addin sample seems to work on in the C# but not the VB version, it will
not display the task pane in the appointment inspector. I would like to use
the VB version as a reference guide. Any one know how to fix it?

Ken Slovak - [MVP - Outlook]

It works OK here. Just open a new meeting request and you should see the
task pane. You also see it if open an existing meeting.
