"Preparing to install on every startup

Every Time I attempt to start my office programs, I
get "Preparing to install" and the message goes away
quickly. Sometimes it installs stuff for a little while.
I have tried several solutions: repairing, reinstalling,
and removing other programs that had macros for word.
Please assist me with this problem, I have tried
everything. Thank You

I've been experiencing this lately too, and it's worrisome. In addition, I
keep getting the EULA agreement when I open Word. I click Agree and then
Word opens. Is this a registry lapse?

I believe that if you log in as the Administrator and accept the prompt, it
will go away.
