First please excuse my lack of searching skills, I did search on this
topic but haven't been able to find the relevant info.
I have a text file that I would like to import into Entourage, but I'm
not sure how to prepare it in order for Entourage to recognize it. The
text file contains a large listing such as this example:
Company's Name
contact name
street address
City, State, zip
phone separate with dashes
FAX
email
website
a paragraph of description
I would rather alter the text file & or Entourage than to have to
transcribe all the fields of each company, as you can see the
information is separated by line breaks. Can anyone suggest how I might
accomplish an Import? Thanks jeff
