We're in a mixed Office 2003 (/05 in some apps) and Office 2007 enterprise
environment. We all have MS Communicator 2005. Personally I have Office
2007 on Vista but 95% of the company is still on XP with either 2003/05 or
2007.
The correct status (online, busy, offline, etc.) shows up on Communicator,
but not in Outlook. In outlook the status is grayed out for Office 2007
users but the users with older builds have their status displayed accurately.
I can't find ANY info on this problem in the Knowledge Base.
Any ideas out there??
