Presentation stopped on the 3rd slide while running slideshow on the web

Hi,

I am trying to run a powerpoint presentation slideshow on
the web. I encounter 2 problems:-
(1) The presentation loaded and was going through the
slides, but when reached 3rd slide, it stopped there and
does not go on. It will only go on if I click in the
scroll bar on the right.

(2) How to remove the scroll bar on the right?

Please advise on how to do these or any walk aroud
available, thank you.
