Presentation with Exam at end

I have to create a module (presentation) with an exam for employees that did
not attend a training class to test their competency. I have seen it done
before where I can create a presentation that would include an exam at the
end. The staff would open the power point document, go through the
presentation, and take the exam at the end of the presentation.

I would also like to be able to have a certificate print for the employee if
they pass and if they do not pass, I would like to have a message pop up
letting them know they did not pass.

Can anyone help me on this? Thanks...

Hi Hannahsgma, you want to make a test in the end of your presentation
using PowerPoint? PowerPoint is really a good courseware tool, but I
think you are able to create a good test exam by using PowerPoint
only, you cannot track the test result of your employees. You could
view this training demo: http://www.sameshow.com/samples/res-sample-std/index.html#110,
it introduces the SmartArt feature of PowerPoint and include the test
related to SmartArt in the end of the slide which is made by
QuizCreator (http://www.sameshow.com/quiz-creator.html#110), and you
also could track the test results.

With regards.

Check out Example 7.9 on my site:

http://www.PowerfulPowerPoint.com/

Just go to "Examples by Chapter" and "Chapter 7." This uses VBA to keep
score in the quiz. It generates a score sheet but could easily be
modified to generate a certificate. Anything within PowerPoint that you
are looking for would require VBA.
