I have created in the above in Word 2000! I think I have
tried everything, from formatting paragraphs etc, but I
keep trying to insert a heading (typed heading), and it
automatically pushes the text down onto another page,
therefore, I have a heading on one page, and all the other
text on another, and I need them altogether!
Pls help ASAP, as my boss is screaming at me!

Make sure that the heading is formatted as "Keep with next" and the rest of
the text is not.
