Presenter tool

I connected to an LCD projector to make a presentation using Presenter
tools. The LCD projected the Presenter tool on the large wall screen
and the "normal" presentation on my Powerbook G3 500 mghz. I inversed
the images in the display (small blue screens in preferences), but got
the same result, i.e. the Presenter still projected on the large
screen and normal projection on Powerbook. Any ideas? Thank you.

In the Display pref pane in the system preferneces, the screen of the
Mac has to be considered as the Main screen.
In the prefs, iverting the sceens the way you discribe it only changes
the disposition of the screens (the cursoir will leave one screen from
the other side to get to the other screen), not the "main" and
"secondary" screen.
You need to select the little white bar representing the menu bar in the
pref pane and move it to the other screen.

Hi,

Presenter view won't work on my G4 500mhz TiBook due to a lack of video
RAM. Your G3 may not have enough oomph to make presenter view work
completely.

Well Jim in this case, the presenter view appears... just not on the
proper screen :)))

SOUNDS RIGHT. THANKS. I'm going to give it a try on Tuesday in my next
presentation (can't before that). When I tried it for the first time,
it was some 20 minutes before participant arrival. So, I could not do
that much experimentation. I do remember that the little white bar can
move. I may have inversed main screen. And, yes, I could see both
screens on my Powerbook G3 - they were just in the right place.
Thanks, again,
Richard

I hope your presentation will work just fine Richard, :)
