presenter view

I have done everything the help page and the web say
for 'presenter view' to show during a multi-monitor
display, but the presenter view does not show up on the
main screen. There are no play or forward buttons as
shown on the help page.

What do you have to do to get this view to show up?

I know you said that you've done everything, but just to be sure, prior to
opening your presentation, did you go to Slide Show > Set Up Show and
checked the box next to "Show Presenter View"?

Try using PPCwin. It will automatically put your slideshow in the right
place. If this doesn't work
then you have some kind of hardware configuration problem. Try it with 10x7
resolution.
