Preserving Existing HTML

I am attempting to create a site using a flash template with existing code. I
am looking for the option under "Page Options" to preserve existing html code
but I cannot find this option. Any help would be appreciated.

By default FP 2003 Preserves html
- That option in code formatting is only in older versions of FP
