Press Releases as body of email

Hi, How do I set up Outlook 2003 so that documents in the body of the
email do not lose their formatting? In my case sending the document as
an attachement is not an option. I am trying to send press releases as
the body of the email.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No such setup is involved. If you write the release in Word, you can use its File | Send command to send the document as the body of an email message.
