Pressing F1 for help in a Macro window does not work.

All other help functions work fine. Network/web access works. Pulling down
online and offline help works.

But, pressing F1 causes "The page you are looking for is currently
unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or
you may need to adjust your browser settings." to display.

This ONLY happens in the macro window when trying to get info on an action.
F1 works fine in other Access windows.

Using XP Pro, Office Pro 2003... all updates applied.

Is this a bug? I have repaired/reinstalled Office 2003.
