I am new to trying frames in website design. please bear with me as i
try to describe my problem:

i am trying to prevent a header html frame from duplicating itself
whem someone uses the hyperlinks created in the header frame.
let me explain better (i hope)

frame a is the "header.hrml" frame and load at the top of the page. it
has about 6 hyperlinks in it

frame b is the html that the hyperlinks point to. when a user clicks
on a hyperlink in the a frame, the "a" frame reload below the
original, so now there are 2 "a" frames, then the b frame.
this "a" frame will continue to load below the previous. so can
someone guide me on how to stop this
thanks

Can you give us a link to your site so we can see the problem - this
would be very helpful in tracking the problem down.

otherwise, post to a reply to this group, the code for the links in your
header page/frame.
