Prevent Active Directory synchronization for this user - check box

Hello,

We have PSVR 2007 not configured with Active Directory, however, we add
windows account thru PSI calls to update Resource table with windows account.
One of our user moved to different domain within org on business purpose &
moved back to the same domain ( Domain A -> Domain B later moved back to
Domain A)
However, when the user tried accessing PWA was denied since user account
within PWA is pointing to Domain B. Also a weired situation, where-in the
user account property showed with "Prevent Active Directory synchronization
for this user" was checked; which does not exist for other resources. Also,
in analysis this is not happening for all users.

Any thoughts why this option got checked automatically? You support is
appreciated.
