I scheduled a meeting with an attendee and set the meeting time for 10 am.
The attendee was not available for that time and recommended 11:30. But, the
attendee also moved the time on his calendar to 11:30. What then happened
was that I still showed 10 am on my calendar but he had 11:30 (not my
original 10am meeting time). Had we not talked he would have missed the
meeting.
I didn't think attendees could move the meeting time if I am the originator
of the meeting. This can cause many people to miss meetings. Any
recommendations. I thought there might be an option out there that I could
set not allowing anyone to change my original meeting--that I would control
it.
