Prevent Office-Live Add in from starting with new docs.

Using Word 2003, how do I prevent the new office-live add in from starting up
every time I start Word 2003? Also, I have configured my toolbars with the
review buttons to start as well. How do I 1) remove them from start; 2) put
something else in their place?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
