Prevent pages from being marked as favorites

I have a web that employees use. They are marking certain
pages as "favorites" and avoiding the "home" page. Is
there anyway to prevent that? In other words, I want them
to go to the default page first no matter what.

You could add a JavaScript Referrer to send them there if they didn't come from there
