Prevent .PST data file management

Is there a way, using group policy for 2000 server and XP
Pro, to prevent a restricted user from being able to
add .pst files in outlook 2003? I can prevent email
accounts from being added but can't seem to stop data file
management. thanks a lot.

Yes you can disable items by means of group policy. You'll need to add the
Outlook template from the Office Resource Kit if you haven't done already.
The CommandID for the button is 7091
