Prevent Resource Allocation Display?

When reviewing my project schedule with management, I'd prefer that the
allocation (percentage or amount) NOT display in the Resource Names column.
Can I hide this information?

Bill,
Instead of the Resource Name field, display the Resource Initials field. You
will need to copy, in the Resource sheet, the resource Name column into the
Intials column.
