Hello,
We are running Exchange Server 2003 and a mix of clients from Outlook 2003
to 2007, OWA, Windows Mobile Devices, and Iphones.
I have a user or two who would like to stop exchange / mail client(s) from
posting Tentative meeting requests to their Calendar's. I have tried the old
trick of creating a separate folder for meeting requests and adding a local
rule to move the message to that separate folder. (That used to stop the
"sniffer" from posting the meeting request automaticaly.)
They still want to have the option of accepting (and then the meeting
posting) or declining.
Thanks!
