Hello,
My understanding is that part of the AD synchronization process involves the
UserObject.Department field in AD being copied to the Group (MSP_TEXT_FIELDS.
TEXT_FIELD_ID = 205520899) field in MS Project Server. Is it possible to
prevent this one piece of Metadata from synching with Project Server 2003
while allowing the rest of the Metadata to synchronize as normal. We would
like to be able to manually set the group field in our resource pool but find
that it is being continously overwritten by the Active Directory Sync.
Thanks in advance
Chris
