Prevent view column delete by dragging

Is there any way to disable the Outlook "feature" that allows a view
column to be deleted by dragging its header it away?

I have a genuinely dexterity challenged user who regularly does this
when really trying to click on the top message in the list. While I
dont mind putting the column back each time (about twice a week) it
would be nice to be able to prevent it from happening in the first
place.

It is a bit of a strange "feature" to have at all really.
