Prevent Visio from rearranging

Hi everyone,

Could you please help me on the following ?

I've successfully linked Visio to an Oracle database and managed to build an
organization chart from that data.
Then I rearranged (by dragging) the shapes into certain positions to make
the chart, accordingly to my client's requisites.
The problem is that everytime I refresh the data, the organization chart's
layout is reset, and I loose all the positioning changes I've made to the
shapes.
How can I prevent Visio from doing this ?

it rearranges by design (or so I've heard) to speed up the page drawing
process.
