Hi folks, new here so I hope I'm not doing anything wrong...
Anyway, my boss is having an issue with some meetings recently. She sends out the request to a few folks, and some dummies keep forwarding them to others (who have no real use at these meetings). We end up with unwieldy numbers of people in these meetings, and then get questioned by superiors as to why we're using so many resources for a meeting.
In short, is there a way to prevent the forwarding of meeting requests? I found instructions for turning it off using a "form," but of the three people in my group, it only fully worked on one. The other two couldn't see the forward button, but could use CTRL-F to forward.
We use Outlook 2003.
Thanks
