Preventing Save with empty repeating tables

Hi -

I am creating a browser-enabled form that uses repeating tables that the
form user can add/delete as needed. We want to prevent the user from saving
the form if there are any empty repeating tables. (That is, if the user adds
a repeating table and then does not use it, and does not delete it, we want
to either automatically remove the empty table before saving, or prevent the
user from saving the form.)
