Preventing the shrinking of document when adding comments to document

Is there any way to prevent my word document from shrinking the
content of my page when I insert comments. I don't want the bottom
margin of my page to have so much space and the font to shrink.

I'd like the doc to print just like it looks in print preview. Adding
comments screws this up some how. I have word 2002.
