preview of Feedback

I have set up a Feedback web page from the page menu. It appears ok in
"Normal". But when I change to "Preview", a new line appears below the
Banner that reads, in brackets:
FrontPage Save Results Component

This line also appears in Preview in Browser. Does anyone know how to
get rid of it? This line DOES NOT appear in "Normal" view.
