Preview pane loads very slowly

My outlook is very slow when I scroll from message to
message when the preview pane is switched on. Is this a
known problem or is my computer too low in resources. i
have a Centrino 1.4GHz & 512MB RAM.

If you have Outlook 2002, go to Tools -> Options -> Other and turn off
Instant Messaging integration.
