Preview pane still vulnerable??

G

Gregg Hill

Hello!

Is the preview pane still able to run scripts or open files and spread a
virus if all the service packs are installed? Versions 2000, 2002, and 2003?

What about OE6 with all patches?

I thought that vulnerability had been stopped in both applications.

Thanks!

What is correct? The first question as to it still being ulnerable, or the
second question that the vulnerability had been stopped.

Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying!

I thought my subject of "Preview pane still vulnerable??" and my question of
"Is the preview pane still able to run scripts or open files and spread a
virus...." were the same thing. Obviously, that which is clear in my head
does not always get conveyed clearly to the reader!

Thanks again.

Yep, and because you answered it yourself already ;-)

But at least it's clear now :)
