Preview Pane

Hi,

Some of my W2K users do not have the preview pane options
selected. However when I would like to enable the
features in the options. The preview pane option is
dimmed off.
How can I enable this feature for my users ?
Could it be the local policy, security policy or ??

Would appreciate your suggestions ?
