Preview picture problem

Hi.

I am trying to create the preview picture for the word template
document. After enabling the preview option, the preview picture is
created but in the file explorer there is a thin black border aroud
the picture. The supplied ms templates have no border around though.
Another effect occures if I try to save the 97-2003 template picture
which is (after the saving) not positioned to the left (as it is in
the 2007 template).

Is there any way to avoid the black border or more extensively
manipulte the preview picture (i.e from which page is the picture
created etc.).
