Preview question

I use Publisher 2002. When I do a Print Preview, the publication appears in
grayscale. The color/grayscale button is grayed out. How do I get a preview
in color?

What happens if you select a different printer?

Go to the Printer Folder, select a different printer as default. Does that make
a difference?

You can install the Generic Color PS for Commercial Printing or MS Publisher
Imagesetter and use one or the other as your printer until you are actually
ready to print.

File, Add Printer, follow the prompts.

I don't think the printer is the issue. I have always used the same printer,
and previews have always been in color. This is a brand new issue.

Check the web site of your model printer, there maybe an updated driver. Or you
may need to refresh your present driver. It is always best to completely remove
your driver before installing or re-installing.

You were right. I downloaded new drivers and the problem went away.
