Preview Report from Form Problem

I have a form whose records source is "Table 1". I created
a cmd button to preview a report on this form. But when I
try to preview the report it keeps telling me "Couldn't
lock table 'Table 1' because it already in use" etc.

The report I am trying to preview is based on a query
whose records source is also "Table 1". Is this the
problem? I can create a cmd button to view the query but
not the report.

Any help? Where should I post this question?
